Amazing! In the Navy in Jacksonville from 76-78 and listened to Grease EVERY DAY. After getting transferred, I never heard him after that. Last month, the wife and I return to Jacksonville for the first ever reunion for the ship I was stationed on. Dialing through the radio stations on the rental car, I came across 105.1 and liked the music. When the tune goes off, I HEAR THE GREASEMEN! Lo and behold, he just returned to Jacksonville - just to help me relive my younger, wilder days in JAX! Thanks for all of the memories Greaseman, and I stream you now at work back here in St. Louis - and I'm starting you a whole new gaggle of fans up here. Keep on keepin' on!

I heard the guy who was having trouble coping. How annoying is that? The average hard-working Joe does not have time for nervous breakdowns. We go home, yell at our family, apologize later, sip our adult beverages and then go to our damn jobs. End of story.

"Doodads on her Chin" is easily the most heart-felt song the Grease does (even though it is a silly song). Underneath the comedy, there is a hint of... emotion there. A long lost love perhaps? Did someone hurt you Nino? Do you need a hug??

I enjoy when Grease types out emails using a loud typewriter. Funny stuff.

when i download a mp3 the date,month. is correct but the year is wrong it comes up with theses bunch of numbers i can't recondside it use to be correct but now. it shows correct on the web page but when you download it it,s wrong/ and you used to keep up with the page i don't know what's happennig. i have been a loyle lisener since 1979 i'm 45 years old bin in love withe the grease man for years hope you fix this thank you very much

I got to hear the grease in the DC area at 101. He replaced Howard Stern and blew him away. I am glad to have found him on air again. The sound of Grease on the air is schweeeeeeeet.

In regards to the woman on the February 1st show who called Grease a loser, I only have sympathy for the man that marries her. Anyone who would deny their partner something they enjoy, especially something as harmless as a radio show, is not worth being around. What a selfish woman she is. I do hope a person like that never breeds, because the last thing we need a more people on the planet with attitudes like that.

I like when Grease focuses on news, deviant reports and especially the phone calls. He should take the place of Dr. Phil (who is a phony anyway).

The problem you are experiencing is your computer. The files are fine and play fine.

Common issue on PC's. You might consider cleaning it up and it will work fine.

I am noticing that sometimes the show files are cut off after about 15 minutes. This has happened with Dec 21 and Dec 22, and a few others. Most Greasecasts are over and hour. What's the deal?

Such a classic. I've listened to it 7x's already. It's a keeper.

My buddy used to make cassette tapes of your DC-101 shows back in the 80's & 90's so I could get my Greaseman fix. Then there was a period of no Grease until the on-line streaming I found for WMET-AM 1160 a couple years ago. Now, I found the recent GreaseCAST from the Rock105 website. Thank God for the web and thank God for the Greaseman!!!Hallelujah !!

I don't think anyone is complaining about it being free. It is highly appreciated from most - including myself. Seeing that several other stations with hit morning/afternoon shows update their podcasts soon after the show is over or later that day (like the Regular Guys in Atlanta), people expect that. I think thats why you're getting the more-than-20-show requests. People just can't get enough of the doo-dad-daddy. Just something to think about.

Yes. You are correct. You offer a "Free" service and instead of being happy that we do not charge for it. You get people complaining. Go figure.

Now to answer BradB's comment about hitting the refresh button. Why don't you streaming it live between 3pm and 7pm Monday through Friday. It will put less strain on your index finger.

I'm not complaining about the 20 show restriction grammar guy. I get frustrated hitting the refresh button from 3-6+pm waiting for the show.

I'm still glad I found The Grease again though.

Grease is great, always has been, so why not make more of his programs available? Why only a few weeks? It's just depriving listeners of his shows.

The last time I heard Grease in L.A. 1986, then he was gone.But in 2007 Pedro forget to put lubricant on a part, And I told him. Where's the grease! And that moment in time I remembered the greaseman. So with the computer age on us all, I searched and found his big behind. Ohh happy days, It's just like yesterday for me. Grease you rock.

When I click "download" it no longer downloads to iTunes; just goes to a listen page. Anyone else having that problem? I have saved every show 'til Aug 25th, when this started.

Since the first Greasecast on Jan 2, I've had the luxury of saving and enjoying -sweet. Now saving is like cracking and encryption code - GreaseCAST Monday, September 11 , 2009 (09/14/2009)-huh? The date aren't in the file name and the description was the wrong day/date entirely - it didn't even exist. Even the descriptions that are right have 2 friggin' dates. I appreciate the files and cutting the commercials is awesome & much appreciated, but these file names are for the birds...

Why are the podcasts so messed up again?
Why do you computer geeks always have to "help"us when nothing is wrong with the way you were doing it before.
Guess you have to justify why you are there to begin with.

When I click on "subscribe" it says page not found!

Love the show, can't stand the new web player. Can't pause anything, and it seems to cut the show off at random times. Then you have to replay it, and skip ahead to where it cut out.

I missed getting any downloads for a couple of months before the cut-off and Rock 105 told me they won't be available again. Any idea how I can get them? I'd hate to miss any of Grease's shriekin'!

Again, as stated to Al, when downloading, you can "Right Click" after it downs and rename the file or "Right Click" on the link and save as... and rename at that point.

Al; this is the new server we are using to upload the shows. Of course you have the option of "Right Clicking" and fixing the name of the podcast.

There was a 20 second gap in today's podcast, from 8:00 to about 8:20. It came right at the beginning of Sgt. Fury, making it impossible to understand the premise of the skit. Rosemary Woods lives! (That was a reference to the Nixon Watergate tapes. Sorry, I'm geezing.)

Kudos to Rock105i for putting the Grease on the internet. I've been a huge fan of Nino Greasemanelli since he was a jock in DC in the early 80s. A recent trip to Jacksonville and a lucky spin of the dial brought the Grease back to me. It was like old times. It's fantastic to know that I can hear your great shows wherever I am, via the internet. Thanks for this service. Keep shrieking, Grease!

I've followed Greaseman's ring-dang-doo since 1982. By far the best entertainment on the radio and web. He really is a genius.

Grease Rocks! Plain & simple ~ A radio talent like no other. It cracks me up to no end that some people are so stupid that they go to web sites that they don't like, just so that they can complain. Please get a life, and leave us alone. I grew up in Orange Park listening to the Greaseman on WAPE the Big Ape! He is an amazing radio personality. One of a kind! There are none like him! It is awesome hearing the Greaseman back on the radio in Jacksonville where he recorded his now infamous "Real lawman" abum back in 1978 at the old Warehouse studios! Those were the days! And the lawman is back!
